The Moms Club was formed by a group of moms with sons in the Boy Scouts. They saw a way to use their talents to help the Troop earn more money to be used to support the boys. The only money parents are asked to pay is a registration fee, everything else the boys need must come from fundraising or the parents would need to pay so their son could participate. The boys go camping one weekend a month, they go on day trips, they participate in events out of state and they go on high adventure trips. All the money raised through the Moms Club goes to all these expenses.

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, teaches them citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activites and lifelong values with fun. The Boys Scouts of America believes - and, through over a century of experience, knows - that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.
